Preschool & Kindergarten Classes: We specialize in programs for children ages 1 & up. Fun, hands-on learning through play for children and their parents. Our custom multi-media curriculum develops a love of Chinese through songs, stories and games. Saturday morning classes in Lansdale and NEW Mandarin Mondays in West Chester at TranquiliTea Temple.
Elementary, Teen and Adult Classes: Fun immersion curriculum using multi-media and type-to-learn resources based on the American Council for Teachers of Foreign Language (ACTFL) standards. Develop a foundation in listening and speaking while building real-world reading and writing skills for the AP exam. Classes are 1.5 hours to 2 in length. Intensive summer programs are available.

Pre-Adoption Classes for Parents
Classes are available for parents and caregivers traveling to China or Taiwan to adopt a child. This program is custom tailored to meet the needs of each family. It includes a CD and Travel Chinese book written specifically for adoption trips by an Adoptive Parent and Chinese-as-second-language specialist.
The focus of the class is to prepare parents to communicate in Mandarin with their child. Each course consists of 3 two hour classes.
Tuition is $200/family including materials. Classes are offered in person and via Skype.

Elementary, Youth/Teen and Adult Classes: For students at the novice high/intermediate low ACTFL level in reading, speaking and listening comprehension. These unique higher level classes incorporate communication skills beyond the basic level including verbal and written story telling skills, handling challenging situations, and reading/writing about traditional Chinese idioms, proverbs and cultural traditions. We address the verbal, reading, listening and writing skills needed for the AP Chinese exam and daily life. An emphasis is placed on effective verbal and electronic written communications with handwriting as a secondary means of writing Chinese. Classes are 2 hours in length each week. Intensive summer programs are available.
